Overview:Suddenly in the the little town there is no wind. The flags are not flying and the kite festival is canceled. And then there is a strange shower of hats, which professor Balthazar loads on a ship and sends of to the kangaroos of Australia. Next there is a peculiar shower of umbrellas, which the professor loads on a plane and sends to the penguins of the South pole. When a load of letters and a postman falls from the sky the mystery is solved: all the wind is blowing in the neighboring city.
